The objective of the Cal Poly
Animal Nutrition Center is to provide a facility to help prepare undergraduates in agriculture for a career through positive, hands-on work experience, and to supply a working laboratory facility for courses within the university.
The goal of the Cal Poly Animal Nutrition Center is to provide a "learn while earning" opportunity for student employees, while providing a quality feed product at reduced costs to the livestock units within the university.
The Animal Nutrition Center has positions available to all
students. Students are responsible for mixing and delivering rations
to all the animal units on campus and feeding the animals at the Cal
Poly Bull Test.
